avier and Andy are a power Father/Son team working together to give their customers a great experience! They provided a bunch of snacks, water, juice, soda, and beer for the day. Though it was a slow start of the day, Javier was able to navigate the waters and find the best spots to catch fish! We ended up with 7 Mahi Mahi! Andy, Javier’s son, rigged every line up with bait, assisted you with the rod when a fish was on, hooked the fish to bring into the boat, and also filet the fish (with quickness and ease!). We got offered our fresh filets as well and were able to take back to our hotel where the kitchen prepared our meal with the fresh catch! Javier and Andy’s family business is amazing and would recommend them for your next fishing trip!

Book Día Tuanis now! 🙌🏽. My husband and I had such a great time with Captain Javier and his first mate - from the very beginning Captain Javier’s communication was timely and transparent. We got to head out early before 7 AM and were the first on the water. We caught 3 Sailfish and 1 Mahi Mahi. (One sailfish was scarily big 😳). The boat was clean and perfect for fishing; the cover helped - my sea sickness didn’t last too long! LOL. The pineapple, watermelon, drinks, and snacks were very much appreciated too. If you’re considering booking, do it! 💯. It was worth every penny spent - great value and even better experience that we’ll remember forever!

This was my first of what will be many fishing trips in Costa Rica. Javier was an amazing captain and his son is the hardest working mate I have ever met! The weather was rough, but they made it enjoyable and put us on the fish. I highly recommend that you reach out to Javier for an enjoyable time and a great fishing experience! Thanks again Javier!
